中国服务外包研究中心信息与技术研究部部长。管理学博士/ 博士后, 教授，硕士生导师，上海海洋大学经济管理学院兼职教授，上海理工大学管理学院兼职研究员，美国特拉华大学客座研究员，美国华盛顿州立大学商学院访问教授，上海商学院名誉教授，中国食品科学学会食品物流技术分会副理事长，中国系统工程学会教育系统工程专业委员会委员，在产业评价、平台经济、系统建模、项目管理等方面具有丰富的研究和实践经验。

Mr. ZHENG Jinrong, PhD / postdoc, professor, master tutor, is now the Chief of Information & Technology Research Department of China Outsourcing Institute. Mr ZHENG is the adjunct Professor of Economics and Management College of Shanghai Ocean University, part-time Researcher of Business School of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, visiting Research Fellow of University of Delaware, visiting Professor of Washington State University, Honorary Professor of Shanghai Business School, Vice Director of Food Logistics Technology Branch of Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology, the member of Systems Engineering Society of China. Apart from solid experience in corporate management and research in universities, Mr. ZHENG has in-depth knowledge and practical experience in the industrial evaluation, Platform Economics, system modeling, project management, and etc.
